The 80s/90s Nostalgia Tree
Lets start with the tree we all grew up loving. The classic 80s/90s tree! More and more people are opting for a traditional tree this year!!
Long before the age of farmhouse decor, our Christmas trees were colorful and vibrant, featuring a mix of red, green, blue, purple, and pink bulbs! Tinsel was a yearly must have, and the ornaments were a mish mosh of school crafted popsicle reindeer and Santas and a collection of yearly gifted ornaments from friends and family. Lets not forget the faux cotton snow and tiny porcelain village surrounding the base of the tree! The Christmas tree was a symbol of family and part of the fun was going through old ornaments and retelling the stories behind them! This season opt for the 90s look. Use garland, a few of the same ornaments or tinsel to tie everything together See some of my favorites below.
