Hi my name is Meghan. I am a busy mom of 4 young girls… (what mom isn’t busy though) I have been extremely passionate about interior design for as long as I can remember. I attended New York School of Interior Design and worked with a high end furniture designer in the Chelsea area of Manhattan. Not long into my career, I left Manhattan and settled down to start my family. I have been taking my time to raise my kids before jumping back into work and feel very fortunate that I have had the opportunity to do so. Together with my husband we flipped our first home and are currently working on flipping our second, and hopefully, forever home.
in 2017 I opened and ran a small children’s e-commerce boutique called The Bird and Bear co. I remained in business until mid 2020. After closing up my small boutique due to covid, I decided to keep the blog portion of my shop open. I first started my blog in 2016, after taking a year off I wanted to start fresh. Im still working out the kinks on how to do this, but I hope you’ll find what I have to share helpful and inspiring. <3 Thanks for coming to visit!!
